Azul Mar means “Blue Sea” in Spanish — the beginning of a journey back to your true inner self, as deep and tranquil as the ocean itself.
Emotional exhaustion, physical fatigue, and a vague sense of unease. At Azul Mar, we combine medically based psychological counseling with spiritual care rooted in Ryukyuan Sharman “Yuta” to help you face not only surface symptoms but also the hidden emotions beneath them.

Indigo Blue：Ryukyu Blue
The symbolic color of Azul Mar is Indigo Blue — derived from the traditional Ryukyuan indigo dye known as “Ryukyu Blue.” Like the deep ocean, it represents a journey into the inner depths of the heart. This color embodies memory and introspection, cleansing and emotional release, and peace and trust.
By facing not only visible worries but also the emotions sleeping deep within, intuition and insight awaken, opening the way to renewal and hope.
